Chocolate Almond Cookies

Free from additives, preservatives, refined sugars and satisfying for the tastebuds. These Chocolate Almond cookies are a really simple way to fuel your body during those afternoon snack cravings or even accompany your morning coffee!

Chocolate Almond Cookies 

You Will Need: 

1 Cup Almond Meal

4 Tbsp Coconut Oil – Melted

2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

2 Tbsp 100% Cocoa Powder

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Cinnamon


  • Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius and line a tray with baking paper
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the Almond Meal. Coconut Sugar. Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder and Cinnamon
  • Add in the Coconut Oil and Maple Syrup. Continue to stir until combine
  • Using a Tablespoon as a guide, spoon onto the baking tray and gently press down
  • Bake for 10 minutes
  • Remove from oven and let cool before consuming – cookies will still be soft but become hard once cooled

Optional – Top with some melted chocolate (sugar free of course!) and crushed almonds
