Sesame Pecan Raw Chocolate

Makes approx. 12

You Will Need:
¼ Cup Rice Malt Syrup
¼ Cup Coconut Oil Melted
¼ Cup Pecans Diced
2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp Hulled Tahini
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

To Top – Sesame Seeds

In a small mixing bowl, combine the raw cacao powder, vanilla essence and pecans

In a separate bowl, melt the ¼ cup coconut oil until warm. To do this, sit the bowl in a shallow pool of boiling water or use the microwave. Pour into the dry mixture

Add in the rice malt syrup and hulled tahini and mix until very well combine

Using a Silicone Mini Muffin tray, spoon you combined mixture in. Aim for no more than one tablespoon per serving. Additionally, use a cake tin lined with baking paper, but keep it thin so it sets correctly

Place in freezer for 2 hours to set. If not already, cut or break into desired portions

To store – Keep in an airtight container in the freezer, they can be consumed straight from the freezer, or if you prefer a bit softer, keep them in the fridge! Don’t stack them though, they will stick together!
